EasyUni provides AI-powered assistance for creating graduate school application documents, including Statements of Purpose (SOP), Personal Statements (PS), and other application materials. Our services include document generation, editing suggestions, and application guidance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EasyUni and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to our service. By submitting content, you grant EasyUni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will never share your personal application materials with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to submit false or misleading information; (c) to impersonate another person; (d) to interfere with or disrupt the service; (e) to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service; (f) to collect information about other users; or (g) to use the service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

EASYUNI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYUNI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
